“In nature there’s no blemish but the mind. None can be called deformed but the unkind”
(William Shakespeare : Twelfth Night Act III Scene IV)

BACKGROUND

No doubt, the nature of human being is even more a different ability rather than disability. Disability exists since inequitable power system run such disabling process. The process is done through social construction both structurally and culturally by labelling, treating, conditioning, potitioning those social groups who have different ability as disabled people.
Applying the term of “diffable” (an acronym of differently able people) was not merely replacing the term of disabled people at all. Thus the term of diffable should be seen as deconstruction action toward disabling process.
It is disabling process which causes diffabel experiences marginalization. The result of such process is diffabel lose their basic rights. Education, employment, public facility access, politic, law protection, information and communication access, social grant, thought and culture development that are, indeed, parts of their lost basic right.
In reflect to such circumstances, in 14 November 1991 a non-profit organization called DRIA MANUGGAL, was established.
